I am really disappointed , I got 13 chickens bun Rs.180 per one from kaluthara katakurunda keells branch , but it was actually potato buns . we are daily customers of this branch. do not this kind of things for the customers
Disappointing Experience at Keells Kalutara
I’m quite disappointed with the frequent card machine outages at this branch. Every time this happens, the staff immediately blame the banks, even though it’s clear that the issue is on their end. When customers ask for clarification, the chief cashier is often stubborn and unpolite, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
What’s worse is that during these moments, the manager is nowhere to be found. Proper guidance and leadership are clearly missing.
All Keells needs to do is handle it politely, simply inform customers that there's a temporary system issue. These things are understandable, but the way the staff handle them is not. The lack of proper communication and customer service makes the experience unpleasant.
I really hope the management looks into improving staff training and communication, especially during system-related issues.
I went their to buy the bakery offer ..normally I go after 8 .. I brought the products to the counter and their the counter person said there's no discount so I asked her that I want to talk to the manager just for me to verify the time starting of this offer for the future purchases but this lady was like .
.No point in talking to the Manager ..very Rude ..I put this review coz whenever I see that lady there I feel ......Yes recently the service is becoming bad ..attitude matters..
